Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process orders?

Due to high volume of orders we receive, please allow 3-5 days to fulfill and process orders before they are shipped out. However, this may not always be the case, and orders may go out same day.

Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends! 

Do you allow local pickup?

We do not offer local pickup.

If I place an order on a weekend or holiday when will it ship?

Our warehouse is closed on the weekend and most nationwide holidays. Your order will be prepared within 3-5 business days!

I need my order next day, what shipping option is best?

To guarantee you receive your order next day, please select either of the following shipment methods at checkout: UPS Next Day or USPS Priority Mail Express. Next day (express) shipping must be placed by 3:30 PM CST.

Can I return my order?

For online purchases shipped to you, we offer refunds and store credits. We will accept returns from full price products that are unworn, unwashed, and purchased on our website up to 20 days from the date the order was fulfilled.

Returns are at your own expense (except in case of manufacturing defect).

Do you allow returns on sale items?

Discounted or sale items are final sale and are do not qualify for returns. "Sign Up" code and codes personally emailed are excluded.

Can I return a QOS piece that I purchased from a store or boutique?

No, we only allow returns from purchases made at Any merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, it will be processed and a refund will be issued at the time USPS marks your order as “delivered” at our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to go back to your original form of payment.

If you choose store credit in exchange of a refund, you will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card when USPS marks your original order as “delivered” back at our warehouse. It will be sent to your email; please check inbox or spam/junk folders.

I noticed a deduction on my refund, what is that for?

A $13 return fee will be deducted from your refund (except in the case of manufacturing defect). Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment- no exceptions. If your card is no longer active, you will receive a store credit. Please note, we do not refund any shipping charges.

Can I exchange my order for another product?

We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item for a refund or request store credit and place a new order.
*Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place a new order.

I received the wrong item in my order, what do I do about this?

Please contact us immediately at if you received an incorrect item, and we can process your return as soon as possible.

If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement item. If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

I submitted a return for my sale item without realizing it was final sale, what do I do?

In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will then be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our final sale policy. After our email is sent, failure to communicate to us within 3 business days to coordinate your return will result in forfeit of clothes without any form of credit.

All items on sale are sold as-is and are final sale. There are no returns/exchanges accepted.
Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit- refund, store credit, or exchanges.
