Return Policy:
We will accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased through www.queenofsparkles.com.
RETURNS
We will accept returns from full price products purchased on our website and as long as the return is within15 days after receiving your order. There is a one-time $13 return shipping and processing fee which will be deducted from all returns. Returns are at your own expense (except in case of manufacturing defect). Any merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
If you wish to submit a return, please contact customerservice@queenofsparkles.com; an order number must be provided in the email, which will allow us to then send a return label.
**RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS**
RETURNS PROCESSING
If approved, your return will be processed within 5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
A $13 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment- no exceptions. If your card is no longer active, you will receive a store credit. Please note, we do not refund any shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item for a refund or request store credit and place a new order.
*Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place a new order.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please contact us immediately at customerservice@queenofsparkles.com if you received an incorrect item, and we can process your return as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement item.
If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
SALE ITEMS
All items on sale are sold as-is and are final sale. There are no returns/exchanges accepted.
Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit- refund, store credit, or exchanges.
In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will then be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our final sale policy.
After our email is sent, failure to communicate to us within 3 business days to coordinate your return will result in forfeit of clothes without any form of credit.
**Please note we are closed on the weekend. If you place an order on Friday after 2, It will not be processed until the following business day.
